The DNA of a successful project
Dutch organisations are active in water projects around the world. The success of these projects in our own country and abroad, are often depending on non-technical aspects. Understanding and respecting cultural and social differences prove to be key success factors.
We like to share some best practices from different perspectives. So you will hear three stories of someone who started up a foreign policy of the company, someone who has been active in the field and finally someone representing the government and guiding different projects. Of course you are invited to ask questions and share your own experience in an interactive and informal setting.
